As a school our staff are tasked with delivering dynamic and inspirational lessons preparing students for life after school academically. We measure our careers provision against the Gatsby Benchmarks using the Compass evaluation tool. 

During individual subject lessons they will signpost how their subject lends itself to future careers as well as identifying how certain skills from their lessons will prepare them for a variety of jobs and industry. 

Staff will also deliver, through the ‘Living in the Wider World’ strand of the Education for Life curriculum careers based lessons.
